2007 Fitness Atlantic Opening Number

The tradition of the Fitness Atlantic Weekend continues this year as the most popular regional show in the country. The promoters want you all to have a great experience and part of the excitement of the show is the traditional opening number! All women who are competing, (fitness, bikini, model, figure and bodybuilding) are invited to participate.

You will receive a complimentary shirt from the Fitness Atlantic promoter and you are asked to bring black shorts and any color sneaker.

We will rehearse at the hotel on Friday evening from 8-9pm and then again for one hour prior the evening event on Saturday.

The Opening number allows your family and friends to see you more onstage, and understand what you have been working toward, in a more fun, less stressful manner.

You also will feel more comfortable onstage as "having fun" calms your nerves!

We have parts of the routine for those of you who just want to walk out and not learn anything too complex. We break down the segments of the routine to:

1- easy dance
2- I don't dance at all-I just want to get out there!
3-tumbling
4-Flashy dance

So all you need to do is pick one of those segments and that is YOUR place for the routine! If you ask former competitors, they will tell you that part of what makes the Fitness Atlantic so special is their participation in the FUN opening number as well as stage time! This show is truly like no other and the more stage time you receive, the better!
