Check out these workout clips of the massive 2007 Fitness Atlantic Overall Champion Jeff Beckham from Queens, NY, while he catches a workout with Laimondo Trowell of Delaware, along with Max Nicolas Jr and his brother Michael Nicolas from Everett, MA for an intense workout at a gym in Connecticut.

Jeff will be making a special guest appearance at the 2008 Fitness Atlantic while Laimondo tries to reclaim the Masters Men division and Max Nicolas who hasn't competed in the Atlantic Championships since 2003 returns to the heavyweight class with focus on dialing in his condition to finalize some unfinished business while his younger brother competes in the fitness model division.
