April 26 '08 marked the 10th Anniversary for Fitness Atlantic and with well over 200 athletes competing the show ran from 9:00am until 10:30pm non-stop. The finals were sold-out before the morning of the show turning away hundreds of people at the door at the night show.

We would like to thank the athletes for their patience since the event ran without any breaks to make for a long day. We would also like to thank our event staff and judges for working so hard to make this event happen with so many competitors.

Results have now been added. The first two photo albums are now available for viewing. We look forward to adding more photos, video clips from the contest and as always new updates and information each week. If you missed the event, get the Show DVDs.

Fitness Modeling - 2008 Model Atlantic Champions

Many of the athletes that compete have goals of one day making the cover of a fitness magazine, modeling for sporting goods, or working for a sports nutrition company. Some athletes want to strickly focus on the modeling aspect and what better way to meet photographers and build a portfolio and start networking and making connections then by entering the Model Atlantic divsion of the show. The division offers three rounds sportswear, swimwear, and evening wear.
