2011 Fitness Atlantic Sponsors Exhibitors!
Dear Fellow Fitness Business Owner, Please consider this opportunity to participate in a new event marketing program that targets healthy and fit individuals and has zero monetary sponsorship cost. Our Company organizes a large fitness event each year and this year the date is April 16th, 2011. This is the 13th Annual Event and it attracts 200 athletes and 2000 spectators. The theme this year is Celebrity and with that in mind we plan to treat the athletes entering the event with Red Carpet Treatment and giving them a swag gym bag filled of goodies. We understand most companies cannot afford to do monetary sponsorships of events as it is hard to justify the return on investment for setting up and staffing a booth. Many companies also don't need to brand their products with event flyers and trade shows. That is why I am not asking you to spend any money on booth space or advertising but to find something of value we may hand out to the fitness athletes which also endorses and markets your product line. This will create goodwill from your company and be done in a way that has huge value added benefits. We are looking for help with filling my swag athlete celebrity style goodie gym bags with promotional items that have value and thanks them for entering this fitness event. In this style and manner we are promoting your product by "adding value" to the way they are providing them to the athletes and that makes this marketing campaign a win-win for your product and the way they are handing them out - which is much different than most marketing promotions. Any help is appreciated such as samples packs, magazines, t-shirts, and any promotional item that has "value".
