Directions Contest Venue:
Toyota Presents the Oakdale Theater Directions The Oakdale Theatre is located at 95 South Turnpike Road in Wallingford, CT and is easily accessible from I-91 or the Merritt Parkway. We are approximately 30 minutes from Hartford or 20 minutes from New Haven. Please plan to arrive at least 60 minutes prior to the show to ensure that you are seated on time. From the North or South: Traveling North on I-95 proceed to New Haven, take exit 48 for I-91. From I-91 North or South take exit 13. At end of ramp take left and get in far right lane. At first traffic light take right onto Toelles Road. Follow to end and take a right onto Hartford Turnpike Road. We are 1.5 miles on the left. From the Merritt Parkway North or South take exit 64. At the end of the ramp, take a left onto Hartford Turnpike Road. We are one mile up on the right. From the East or West: Traveling East or West on I-84 take exit 27 for I-691 East. From I-691 take exit 10 for route 15 South - Merritt Parkway. Take exit 64. At end of ramp take a left onto Hartford Turnpike Road. We are one mile on the right. Traveling North or South on route 10, proceed to Cheshire. Turn onto Cooke Hill Road traveling east. The route 10/Cook Hill Road intersection is located near the Cheshire Nurseries. Follow Cook Hill to the end. Take right onto Hartford Turnpike Road. We are 200 yards up on the right. Get MapQuest Directions
Parking All parking is on site and is included in the price of your ticket. VIP parking is located in the lot closest to the main entrance of the facility for an additional charge and may be purchased in advance at all points of sale. VIP parking may also be purchased just prior to show time at the entrance to the lot. Sales are cash only and are subject to availability. Parking for the disabled is located in the spaces directly in front of the theater for no additional charge and is available to patrons who possess a handicapped parking sticker, hang tag or license plate. Will Call Picture ID is required for all Will Call. Tickets ordered 1 week prior to the event will not be sent by mail and will only be held at will call. A photo ID is required for picking up ticket orders. Accessible Seating Theater and all facilities are fully ADA accessible. Elevator access to all levels of the facility. Special seating is available for patrons with mobility impairments, visual impairments and hearing impairments.
General Rules There is no dress code however shirts and shoes are required. This is a non-smoking facility. A smoking area is located outside of the lobby for attendees. Camera Policy Personal cameras are allowed in the venue. Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are not permitted. No laser pointers, weapons, large bags. No outside food or beverages are permitted into the facility. Concessions The theater offers a variety of concessions items. Traditional fare is available at our concessions stands. A full bar is offered as well as beer and wine for adults 21 years and older. Picture ID is required for the purchase of alcoholic beverages. Concessions items are cash only. Children Rules Oakdale Theatre offers a wide variety of programming. Parents and guardians are urged to contact the box office for information on a specific show. For most events, children who have reached their second birthday must have a ticket and occupy their own seat.
