The Fitness Atlantic combines Fitness Model, Figure, Fitness, Bikini and Bodybuilding. Basically there is something for everyone.

If you have never been to a competition, you don’t know what you are missing.

While everyone is competing against one another, there is a level of camaraderie. It’s not unusual to see competitors giving each other encouragement or some form of assistance.

As you can see from the photos everyone is smiling and having a great time.

I think the most overlooked aspect of a competition is all the behind the scenes stuff that goes on to make everything look seamless. When you see first hand the complexity of a fitness show you gain an appreciation for the staff and promoters. The promoter for this show is Brian Cannone who focuses on just one show per year so that he can give the competitors the experience of a national show at the regional level.

The Fitness Atlantic adds a unique twist to the evening show that gives all the competitors a chance to shine!
