Are you trying to limit your bread intake? You are not alone if you love bread, but hate all the "baggage" that comes with it! Ezekial Sprouted Grain Bread has been the salvation for many of my clients. It is different from most bread products as it is made from freshly sprouted live grains and contains absolutely no flour!
According to the makers of this bread, sprouting the grain is the best way to release all of the vital nutrients in whole grains. This sprouting process increases vitamins and minerals such as vitamin A, vitamin C and B-vitamins, calcium, iron, magnesium and potassium and it also causes a natural change that allows the protein and carbohydrates to be assimilated by the body more efficiently.
