The seminar on bodybuilding posing covered what the judges are looking for and how a bodybuilding show is judged and scored. The breakdown of showing and displaying your physique starts with how much MASS the bodybuilder has and the amount of DEFINITION in which they display – in other words the cuts the athlete has. Next comes SYMMERTY and how proportioned the bodybuilder is from shoulder width, v-taper from shoulders to waist line and matching leg development to upper body mass.

Natural Bodybuilder Bennett Streets from Stratford, CT who is making his comeback to competitive bodybuilding at the 2008 Fitness Atlantic Championships. Bennett hasn't competed since he took first place in the 2000 Atlantic in the middleweight divsion and second place to Morris Mendez for the overall title that year.

Bennett is training with a first time competitor Alex Kenyhercz, at 21 years old, Alex weighs over 200lbs. Filmed March 15th, 2008.

Jeff will be making a special guest appearance at the 2008 Fitness Atlantic while Laimondo tries to reclaim the Masters Men division and Max Nicolas who hasn't competed in the Atlantic Championships since 2003 returns to the heavyweight class with focus on dialing in his condition to finalize some unfinished business while his younger brother competes in the fitness model division.

Stepping on stage for the first time Hugh entered the Men's Novice division he also won the Men's Master title in the over 40 class. Hugh returned to the Atlantic stage in 2003 and entered the Men's Open division as a Light-Heavyweight and won. In 2004 he came in shredded to win the Light-Heavy and Atlantic Overall Title and then in 2005 took home the first Atlantic Professional overall trophy. Yes, he took the title home literally with donating his prize money to the Guyana Amatuer Bodybuilding Federation!
