Fitness Competitor Valarie Brown-Stephens
Valarie believes she can educate others to live a healthier lifestyle by having Fit Bodies, Fit Minds, and Healthy Careers all at the same time.
Valarie is also working hard to promote her fitness team "Divas Unite" in the south, which is for women of ALL nationalities, in order to step on that stage of Fitness, Figure, and Fitness Modeling.

Valarie is currently employed with the State of Georgia's Pardons and Paroles as a Sr. Parole Officer. Valarie has her degree in Bachelor's of Science in Criminal Justice. She is a Hip-Hop Aerobics Instructor at Athena's Health Club & Fitness Forum in Gainesville, GA., 5 years of professional cheer with the Atlanta Falcons and Georgia Force Arena Football Cheerleaders. Valarie has won numerous dance, cheerleading and fitness awards. Valarie is the Ms. Fitness Georgia Champ, a Top 5 Fitness America & Fitness Universe Finalist, 2-time NGA National Figure Overall Champ, 2-Time SNBF Georgia Fitness National Champ, 2-time ESPN Series Champion, and a Fitness America National Champion.
Valarie will be competing on the Fitness Universe Stage this year, which it's nothing like being in Miami, plus, seeing her friend's again! Valarie asked "The Queen of Fitness" Cathy Savage and Paula Harvey to choreograph her routine this year, so watch out because she is bringing "the Fire".
