Fitness Atlantic Bikini & Model Competitor Tammy Blais

Hey! My name is Tammy Blais and I live in New London, CT. Always a New England girl, I grew up in Central Falls, RI and earned a Bachelors of Science focusing on Textiles, Merchandising, and Design, from the University of RI. I'm an easy going, laugh at everything kind of girl. I'm very passionate about health and fitness and has been a huge part of my life. I began out just wanting to add shape to my tiny frame. Since then I become more and more involved, motivated, determined, and dedicated to fitness as time goes on.

Although I am not competitive by nature, last year I did decide to enter into a WNSO Fame competition. To my surprise I placed first in Bikini model, thus receiving my Pro status. After this exciting win, I entered into Nationals and there placing second in Bikini model pro as well as Fitness model. Now I'm hooked and will be competiting again.

I hope to be an inspiration to others and help them to reach their fitness goals. Earning my Personal Training Certification will be my next step. In addition to competing, I would also love to model for fitness magazines, companies, supplements, and such. As for now, I'll be sure to work my hardest to reach my goals, then I'll set new ones.
