I started competing because I wanted to gain some experience as an athlete
My inspiration came from Fitness Icon Monica Brant
I competed in the Ms Bikini America 2006 Hollywood, California November 18-19
I trained myself for the past 9 weeks.
I work out in the company of my own home using my Elliptical Trainer, Exercise Ball, 5lb and 10lb Dumbbells, Barbell, and Fitness Videos.
I use GNC Women's Ultra Mega Active Multivitamin, GNC Ester-C, GNC Calcium Complete, Slimquick-Female Fat Burner, and MHP-Xpel.
I lost 40 pound after having my daughter Ashley 2 years ago. Fitness helped me become a better mother and live a healthy lifestyle for my daughter and myself.
My goal is to win the Miss Bikini Universe and Miss Bikini America.
I eat 5 meals a day Monday thru Saturday varying from the foods like: Egg Whites, Protein Shakes, Chicken, Turkey, Salmon, Tuna, Tilapia, Cod, Oatmeal, Sweet Potatoes, Brown Rice, Walnuts, Spinach, Green Beans, Broccoli, Asparagus, Carrots, and Salads, 8:30am. 1/2 cup oatmeal, protein shake, green tea, water 11:30am. 4oz chicken and a small sweet potato, water 2pm. (post workout) protein shake and handful of walnuts 4pm. 4oz salmon, small salad, 1/2 cup broccoli 7:30pm. 4oz tilapia or cod, 1 cup green beans, 1/2 carrots 9:30pm. Protein shake (before bed)
I work out Monday: 30-min Cardio, Chest and Shoulders Tuesday: 20-min Morning Cardio, 20-min Evening Cardio, Abs Wednesday: 30-min Cardio, Legs and Glutes, Thursday: 30-min Cardio, Biceps, Triceps Friday: 30-min Cardio, Abs, Back Saturday: 90-minute Yoga Sunday: Rest
I am a Promotional Model, Mother and Waitress.
My goal is to become the next International Fitness Model and Host my own Fitness Show.
In High School I played: Volleyball Team, Dodge Ball Team, Cheerleader, Track and Field and Basketball College: Self-Defense Group.
I'd like to thank my Daughter Ashley Nicole- 2 years old.
My hobbies include Shopping, Music, Cooking, Reading, Nature, and Spending Time with my Daughter.
I biggest challenge has been taking care of my daughter for two years as a single parent.
