Birthplace: Knoxville, Tennessee

Height and weight: 6'2" 205
I decided to start competing in fitness modeling competitions because I wanted
to see how I ranked among my peers in the fitness modeling industry. And I also
wanted to create more fitness modeling opportunities for myself without the aid of an
agent.
What inspired me was just the thrill of competing against the best fitness
models. I would really like to see where I rank among the best fitness models in the
country.
In 2008 World's Fittest Model Completion at the Mr. Olympia and 2008 Fame Fitness
Modeling competition.
I've always had many friends that were in fitness modeling so I was able to
network with people I currently know to get my foot in the door.
To be really honest I've been weight training and I've been doing fitness
modeling for such a long time that I've been my own boss and trainer. I guess I am
disciplined enough to turn up my workouts when needed or to taper it down when
needed.
I workout at LA Fitness.
I used Big Max Protein and I take that 2-3 times a day. I also take K-4,
Kre-Alkalyn. It is the new and improved version of creatine.
I've been blessed that I consistently lean throughout the year. My bodyfat per
hydrostatic body fat testing is usually between 5-6 percent bodyfat. I just want to
be consistent fitness wise. If that is achieved then I am definitely happy.
Fitness has allowed me to help people because of being fit and in shape. It also
has been a great stress reliever in my life especially during times when I am not
happy or feeling good. The most constructive way to release stress is to just go to
the gym.
My fitness goals is to win both the World Fittest Model Competition at Mr.
Olympia, win the 2008 Fame North American Championship and also to book more fitness
jobs in 2008.
I follow a pretty good high protein low carb diet. I probably eat chicken about
4-5 times a week. My favorite cheat meal is fried chicken. I have a weakness for
fried chicken. My goal is to just be consistent with my protein intake and keep my
carb intake at low level. This diet works for me and allows me to stay very lean
throughout the year.
My workout schedule consists of Monday- chest/biceps and a cardio 3 mile run,
Tuesday- back and shoulders and a cardio 3 mile run, Wednesday, legs rest for
cardio, Thursday- chest/bis but easy day with 3 mile cardio run, Friday- back and
shoulders-easy day. My easy days are my last two days of the week. I try to hit
every bodypart twice a week.
I am an IT professional. I provide network and technical support for a omputer
company.
My professional goals is to become a director of an IT department. My fitness
goals is to become a fitness celebrity and be in a position to help people that are
struggling to get fit. I want to be one of the ambassadors of the fitness modeling
industry.
I was a Division I top collegiate track athlete. I was the school record holder
at Cal State Fullerton in the 100 and 200 meters. I was also all big west conference
two years in a row and I was named co-athlete of the year. I was one of the fastest
sprinters in California among collegiate schools during my tenure as a track athlete
at Cal State Fullerton.
I have two younger brothers who are 21 and 29.
My other hobbies that I love to do is travel. I try to travel to a different
country at least 1-2 times a year. I love meeting people from different parts of the
country. It is a treat to learn different cultures and languages.
I work graveyard shift and I also work about 50 plus hours a week. My schedule
is not the easiest schedule to maintain while working out consistently as I do.
Generally I get about 4-5 hours sleep a day when I am working nights.
I have no health problems or past injuries. I've been pretty lucky.
My favorite athlete is Michael Jordan, favorite team is the Los Angeles Lakers,
My favorite TV show is Smallville, and my favorite vacation is Sydney, Australia.
