You may not have heard the name “Jeff Anderson”, but in gyms all around the world, Jeff is commonly known as the “Muscle Nerd” and revered as the “Champion of the Average Joe” searching for what works and what doesn’t work when it comes to building muscle while burning fat.
Sick of looking at his unchanged 6’2”, 142 lb. body year after year and trying unsuccessfully to build muscle through every bodybuilding program he could get his worn out weight gloves on, Jeff Anderson decided to take matters into his own hands!
Driven to finally cheat his genetic limitations, Jeff poured over every scrap of calculated results and notes he’d religiously kept from every program he’d ever used to determine the missing elements of building muscle.
Armed with a notebook, pencil, headphones and weightbelt, Jeff earned the nickname “Muscle Nerd” from his fellow gym rats as he would furiously keep detailed notes at the gym of what was working…and what was a waste of time.
The breakthrough finally came (accidentally) when he stumbled upon a unique tactic for using his body’s own genetic defenses against themselves in order to build more muscle while burning fat.
