2007 M-O Fitness Expo

FitnessAtlantic.com was a major sponsor for the first annual M-O Expo Saturday, September 22, 2007 at Momentum Organizational Fitness center in Woburn, Massachusetts.

Momentum Organizational Fitness Center is a state of the art training studio offering the latest technology and knowledge in gym equipment, personal training and nutrition.

They offer two complete lines of Free Motion® along with Flex, Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, Strive, Cybex and Nautilus equipment! Lots of Free Motion® cardio equipment, each equipped with a personal cable TV!

PLUS there is a separate "old school" power room for you "heavy lifters."

Along with the elite training center there is a nutrition store Nutty Nutrition located in the lobby offering a variety of all natural protein supplements and foods.

The M-O Expo was an amazing day of fun, entertainment and, of course, fitness!

Everyone from bodybuilders to dieters to athletes to beginners will descend upon the "open air convention floor", eager to see what offerings are available from vendors, trainers, fitness trainers, athletic organizations, competitive bodybuilding interests and many more.

The M-O Expo provided entertainers, a live music, food, and created an upbeat, stay-all-day "street party" atmosphere.

There were prizes, demonstrations, free training and seminars all day.
