Favorite Food: Hmmm…depends if it's a cheat meal or not! Normally I enjoy eating chicken, sushi, scallops, protein pancakes/shakes and flank steak. On cheat meals, hehehee….anything from cheeseburgers, NEW HAVEN PIZZA, ice cream and anything with chocolate!!!

Favorite Muscle Group to Train: Probably my legs, especially my glutes!

Least Favorite Muscle Group to Train: The core….it's such an important muscle to train too!

Fitness Competitions: My first fitness show was Fitness Atlantic this past April 2008. It was a great experience and encourage anyone considering competing to go for it!

Modeling Experience: Ms Hawaiian Tropic Model, Boxing Ring Card Model for East Coast Boxing events and Ring Card Model for the USFL (United States Fight League), Mixed Martial Arts events. Also, freelance swimwear, fitness and lingerie print/commercial model. YOU WILL be seeing more of Eva Lyn very soon…so stayed tuned! :

Fun Facts: Grew up taking misc. forms of martial arts including Tae Kwon Do, Kick Boxing, Boxing and most recently Krav Maga. Have love and respect for ALL forms of martial arts especially, MMA.

Hobbies: Love weight training, eating healthy, kayaking, hiking, dancing, pistol shooting and spoiling my amazing nephew!
