Bikini Competitor Cheryl Civitello

Cheryl is from Connecticut. She has always lived a healthy lifestyle, whether through sports or personal interest. She decided to start competing after attending a few competitions and made it a personal goal. She quickly realized she found a hobby that she really enjoys.

Cheryl obtained a B.S in Biology from Fairfield University in 2002 and went on to finish a Master of Science degree in Forensic Science at the University of New Haven in 2004. She currently is a Research Associate at in Branford CT.

Cheryl's background of high school swimming and 12 years of figure skating has helped her keep disciplined and focused while training. She has a ton of support from family and friends, especially her boyfriend, Shawn, who helps her out with cooking the mass amounts of chicken and vegetables every week.

Cheryl competed in her first competition and came in Second Place in the Connecticut Open Figure, Short Class. She has plans to compete again in May in the Ms. Bikini America Pageant, held in East Haven, CT.

Cheryl has plans to continue to compete as long as she still enjoys it, and to eventually have a family and be able to look back and be proud of her accomplishments.
