I started competing in Model because I always knew I had the winning look.

I am my own inspiration - it all comes down to hard work through determination, dedication, knowledge and consistency - let your motivation come from within.

I found my passion of exercise and nutrition through a young age - it was my own interest which led me to win the Model America 2005 in Hollywood, California. I workout, eat, sleep and work alone - I've always worked hard and never looked for outside help.

I work out in various gyms and at home to keep variety in my training program.

I use Reflex Supplements and various multivitamins and minerals to maintain function and balance. I always stay in perfect condition all year round and ready for photo shoots. Fitness is my life and I wouldn't exchange it for anything.

My goal is to be the next big model and actor - I'm very competitive and when I set a goal I stick to it.

My diet consists of:

Protein - Egg whites, Chicken, Turkey, and Fish

Carbohydrates - Brown Rice, Oatmeal, and Wheat Pasta

Vegetables - All Various Green Types also Corn

Essential Fatty Acids - Nuts and Oils

Cheat Meals include Chocolate and Cheesecake

Workout Schedule:

Monday - Chest, Calves, and Core

Tuesday - Back, Cardio and Core

Wednesday - Legs

Thursday - Cardio

Friday - Shoulders and Calves

Saturday - Arms, Core and Cardio

I have many years experience as a certified personal trainer and work hard to ensure that I can make clients goals come true. I am a professional model and have been in various fitness and fashion magazines and commercials.

I want to become a fitness icon and inspire and help people around the world by educating them on the fitness lifestyle.

I have played on soccer, rugby, boxing, and cricket team sports. I enjoy all sports including extreme sports and also love music and dancing, socializing with friends, movies, and of course eating.

I'd like to thank my family for all of their support and for letting me make a mess of their kitchens when I am preparing my food.

Life is a challenge and I have my ups and downs but remember you just have to believe in yourself and do it!
